New York New York.

wow.

i have a million new york stories for you all!

i really should have kept a diary so i could tell you them all so but you guys will have to settle for the few i remember!

today i am just going to post some pictures o.k

i loved new york and i wanna go back!

this is me and my friend richard. he is spanish and we work at the same bar together in london. here we have just landed in new york at JFK airport. we had a bit of drama on the flight starting with richard thinking that he could rock up to the airport half an hour before the flight and almost missing the plane. then once we were on the flight there was this crazy guy behind richard who kept bashing his seat....!

this is the first american flag i saw as we left the airport. i had a bit of a run in with one of the customs officers on a power trip and was glad that i kept my mouth shut and didnt give her any cheek. she had reall attitude. i hadnt filled out the bottom of my visa waiver because i had misread it and thought it said "office use only"..... when she pointedc this out to me i went to say "Oh, sorry. have you got another pen?"

but ionstead i only got enough time to say "oh so---"

before i got screamed at!

"FILL IT OUT!"

luckily for me, all the other newyorkers i met were TEN X friendlier.

this here is a sculpture that was on display inside foyer of one of the twin towers for 30 years and it somehow managed to surivive somewhat intact. as you can see it has a few bangs and bruises but it is now on display at battery park and the have lit a flame thing for the victims and its now a little memorial.

this picture is obviously of wall street. im quite proud of the photogragh with the way the light is shining through the top of the photo.

this photo was t aken in times square while they were filming some movie or sometrhing. it was very exciting for me becaause the actor in the middle of the photo was james marsden who plays Cyclops in the x-men films

this was a quick shot in central park. if you look closely you can see horse and carriages going over the bridges there.

( i have to be really quick now as the internet cafe i am in is shutting in ten minutes!) the photo below is of what was outside our hostel room. the piano didnt work i t was just put there cause it was out of the way i suppose. i think this photo looks very new york though yeah? i will update more tommorow cause i have th eday off!
