well first off i need to apologise for my complete slackness on updating my blog..........


i have been kinda busy though so i have alot for you guys to catch up on!

i was seeing someone who is REALLY great. it went on for a couple of weeks but it finished because as soon as it got a bit serious-like i freaked out a bit and acted wierd and relised im not ready for a relationship - im traveliong the world having fun!

the good ending is that i am postive we will stay great friends.

ANYWAY. other news is ....

we have opened up a new bar which is really nice and cool. the differnce with this bar is that it stays open 11pm- 3am. which is something unusual for london. it is really nice though. i will show you pictures of it but it has the name of the bar in big letters splashed across the wall and stuff.

i went and took a weekend off the other week and planned to just go to heathrow and ask for a last minute flight to where ever they had going. it was a great plan but i stuffed it up in the owrst possible way...................

i went to the atm machine, took out £200 (that sPOUNDS guys not dollars!)and then left my cash in the machine and walked off.


im such an idoit!

i didnt realise till about 10 minutes later.

at least its a mistake i will NEVER make again.


some good news for you all.

i read this free magazine they give away in backpakcer hostels and in the australian bars called TNT. its got loads of stuff in for aussies that are living in london. when i stumbled across this....


it is a cheap flights section that is seperated into budgets under £200, under £400, andabove £400.

i alkways look in the under "£2000 section and they are always flights to dublin or paris or somewhere like that.


as you all can see from the picture, there was a flight RETURN to New York for £198. i asked sebastion if he wanted to go but because he is polish he haas to wait 3months for an american visa to be apporved.

you had to be under 26 and you had to leave before the end of the month in order to get the cheap flights. so by this point i was going if he was coming with me or not!

when i got to work i ran up to my friend richard (the one i was going to go paris with) and i was so excited i went and yelled

"hey richard- wanna come on holidays with me?!"

and he could see i wa sexcited and he said "uuuuuuhhhhhh. Yes!"

and i said "you have to go in two weeks."

"yes"

"and it will cost you £200... but were going to New York!"

and he was like

"YES!!!"


the next morning we got up and booked the flights, and we leave to go to new york in 14 days.

i cant believe it was that easy.


the flights were a dead set bargain though. you wont hear of anyone getting a cheaper ticket there.

so that s my big news guys!

IM GOING TO NEW YORK FOR A WEEK!!!!!!!!!!!!

im so excited its all i can think about.


i have to buy some new clothes though. i think in the last 12 months i have bought maybe two shirts so i have to do some quick shopping before i head off to the big apple looking like a complete daggy bogan!
